    I would not recommend Site skill training GLADSTONE.
    I booked and paid for the white card training. Got a call next morning the course has been cancelled.
    I said okay just please refund my money. The reception straight away went quiet. I don’t think she had any idea how to do a refund. After 3 attempt I asked if she was there, she finally responded. She told me that she needed my card details, and it will take WEEKS until I get my money back. I said what? Weeks? Apparently, it must be approved by a manager in Brisbane. I asked if I can talk to manager. She transferred me to the compliance manager. She was at least nice and tried to assure me that the refund will be processed asap.
    It has been a week and a half and the money still not back in my back account. What is your receptionist doing with my card details?
    It clearly was not my fault the course has been cancelled. I paid for a service which Site skill didn’t provide for unknown reason, therefore by Australian law I am entitled for a refund.

    Cancelled a course for a Monday on the Friday afternoon before it. Leaving me no time to rebook another one. This cost me a job. Course had been booked for weeks. Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.
